We will accompany patients to their consultations and provide patients with necessary information on various aspects of the respective medical treatments so as to help them make informed decisions and to alleviate their stress and confusion.
Based on their symptoms, patients will be consulted by the specialists in the respective medical field. Patient Care Managers (PCMs) will be there for the consultation and pick-up services are available upon request.
PCMs will assist to collect all relevant medical documents ( e.g. test results, imaging reports, etc.) and will elaborate further on doctor’s diagnosis should the patients still have queries after doctors’ consultation.
Patients and their family members will be briefed on the treatment procedures and the necessary preparation to be made before the treatment.
PCMs will assist to smoothen the admission process. Cashless admission can be arranged if the patient fit the criteria. PCMs will also be there through out the procedure to update family members on the progress.
